Jaywalkers and ignorant road users posing dangers

I hope the respective authorities could look into giving more awareness talk and information to inculcate to the public regarding purpose and usage of Zebra crossings, traffic lights intersections, overhanging bridge and the likes for safety measures. Jaywalkers are the main culprits when one can almost knock them when they run across roads without taking notice of the traffic light being for crossings. The most notable happenings are at the KK bus terminal to Wawasan Plaza, Centre Point and Asia City to Shangrila Hotel. I am almost having a heart attack while driving daily having jaywalkers and ignorant publics running across roads without looking at the traffic light and on coming cars. Some likes to hang out by sitting on the middle of road dividers between Centre Point to Sinsuran with some as daring as putting their legs out on the road.  Please help before someone gets hurt.
