Parking Along Jalan Bersatu

I would like to bring up this issue to the relevant authorities about the irregularity parking problem along Jalan Bersatu (along the stretch of SMC, Damai).  To my understanding, the parking lots/building in the SMC was completed and deemed fit for parking, and yet why still a lot of people parking their car on both side of Jalan Bersatu?  Causing traffic congested during the whole day, especially lunch and off working hours.  Can the traffic police/JKR or DBKK act sometime? Summon the owner or putting up divider along the road side?  Please, be considerate to the people who stayed around Taman Kim Leng, Jesselton condo. etc......!
