Deteriorating City Bus Service

Another grievance of an "eco-friendly-don't like to-pollute the city with more cars like me person" is about the deteriorating service of City Bus. Thus, this is my letter to the mayor....
Dear Mayor et al
Please have your personnel check on City Bus present service. They are getting worst. Looks like City Bus has less buses these days. They don't run according to their schedule anymore. Passengers have to wait longer at the terminal or bus stops during rush hour and when the bus eventually arrives, passengers were packed like sardines inside. Too packed right up to the bus's front window and the driver is unable to see his side mirror. The bus's sticker indicated that there should only be 6 standing but there were more standing then sitting. And.. worst still the bus conductor gets angry at you and raise his voice when you don't make more space! Hygiene wise, the inside of the City Buses are dirty, rubbish everywhere and dusty. Maybe you should fine them just like you do to dirty eateries. Lastly, we are grateful for having air-conditioned city bus introduced in the city - it was a great idea. BUT, please check on City Bus' service and remind them not to slack on their service that we the public pay for. Monopoly is bad.
