一個馬來西亞的豐收節慶典

婆羅洲的團結觸動首相納吉拉薩;
拜林一切只為卡達山杜順與姆祿
首相納吉拉薩肯定已遊覽過Insight Sabah(豐收節敍述一個馬來西亞理念)。他表示自己深深被沙巴和砂拉越人民各自慶祝的豐收節慶典,反映了他所提倡的一個馬來西亞團結政策所感動。他也爲此要西馬半島的國民,學習婆羅洲各種族之間如何能和睦相處之道。不過,佔沙巴州320萬人口近五分一的卡達山杜順與姆祿土著族群有有著更大的喜悅值得他們歡慶。納吉不僅為他們帶來一所能以他們本身母語作爲教學媒介的高等學府,也給予沙巴人民期盼已久,調查沙巴州非法移民問題的皇家調查委員會。
首相確實為沙巴人民帶來喜悅。教育與政治福祉一直都是沙巴人民所關注的,已故敦法史帝芬及一群受教育的土著就曾利用豐收節,激發卡達山杜順與姆祿族群的政治意識和力量。
如今,卡達山杜順與姆祿族群掌握沙巴州25個國會議席中的8個,以及60席州議席中的16個。因此,他們在協助由13各政黨組成的國陣繼續執政上,扮演舉足輕重的角色。主導國陣的巫統在坐擁沙巴13席國會議席,華裔則有4席。在州議席方面,華裔有11席,巫統則有33席。
豐收節現已不僅僅是祭祀基諾英岸(Kinoingan),卡達山杜順與姆祿族群的神,爲救飽受飢荒之苦的村民,用魔法把自己的獨生女胡密諾頓(Huminodun)變成食糧,拯救村民的文化與祭祀儀式。
是敦法史帝芬,沙巴首任最高領袖(Huguan Siou)把豐收節轉變成我們現在所目睹的。現年71歲的沙巴副首席部長佐瑟拜林吉丁岸,在36年前繼承敦法的位置,成爲卡達山杜順與目錄族群的最高領袖。他自1976年贏得擔布南州議席後,迄今在該議席上仍未逢一敗。
當拜林還在哈里斯沙列領導的沙巴人民黨(Berjaya)州政府擔任部長時,已經為在1970年代湧入沙巴的菲律賓南部和印尼的非法移民問題感到擔憂,逐建議成立皇家調查委員會。
他的冷靜、認真與敏銳感覺令他在2002年加入國陣後,贏得他人的尊重和具有影響力,就連聯邦部長,包括納吉與其副手慕尤丁雅欣也曾聽取他的建議。
Insight Sabah是首個在去年11月4日,報導納吉在拜林於去年10月30日舉行的沙巴團結黨(PBS)第26屆代表大會中,強烈要求政府成立皇家調查委員會後,或將成立皇家調查委員會。
與此同時,吉隆坡也答應拜林要求建立一所卡達山杜順與姆祿學院的要求。儘管細節仍不詳,但納吉預計將在6月17日,為位于距離60公里的擔布南卡英加蘭(Kaingaran)這個土著心臟地帶的卡達山杜順與姆祿學院主持推介禮。預計這所學院將開設農業與畜牧業的課程,並採用最爲廣泛使用的方言Bundu Liwan作爲授課媒介語。
納吉預計將在6月16日出席在稍距離擔布南不遠的根地咬舉行的全國豐收節慶典。這是他首次走訪沙巴内陸地區,同時也將效法其已故的父親拉薩胡申在1962年走過的道路,拜訪被認爲對馬來西亞成立具有深大影響的已故沙巴土酋坤沙納長老的長屋。當時正是其時任副首相的父親,拉薩在該処説服他們有關合組馬來西亞的事宜。
納吉也將到根地咬的蘇克為在當地推行的綜合畜牧中心主持推介禮。這項在沙巴發展走廊計劃下推行的飼養雜交肉牛和奶牛項目,預計將能獲得7億6300萬令吉(約2億4000萬美元)的投資,進一步把當地轉變成具有活力的經濟區域樞紐。
納吉也將在其夫人羅絲瑪的陪同下,為座落在根地咬的沙巴手工藝品中心主持開幕禮。
官員透露,該項全國豐收節慶典估計將吸引1萬5000人出席。當地的酒店也爆滿。納吉也將獲3000名學生和50個傳統銅鑼敲擊的迎接。 – Insight Sabah
